Pequeñas historias que concentran toda la intensidad en pocas páginas. No son experimentos, ni ejercicios, ni rellenos, son verdaderas tramas que tienen vida propia sin tener que pedir permiso por existir.

Really liked the story of Calliope but hated how she was drawn.

A Dream of Thousand Cats was cute but fluffy.

I didnt quite understand A Midsummer Night's Dream but it is the only comic book story to ever win the World Fantasy Award for Best Short Fiction. Maybe I didn't vibe with it because I generally don't enjoy Shakespeare.

I liked Facade quite a bit. But I do find it annoying how ~open ended~ and vague the ending is.

Not as satisfying as the previous installments; it somehow feels a little early in the series for a diversion into standalone short stories. Although the artwork is impressive, I wasn't as engaged in these tales as I was in the larger plot of the comics. Perhaps this series isn't for me after all? I'll have to see if my opinion changes with the next volume.
