A lot of interesting developments that happened in this book. It got a bit crazy but had a lot of personal growth with the group of main characters. I liked this one and it was an easy and quick read.

I have read 2 of Iris Johansen's books thus far and I still can't decide how I feel about them. They are a little too romancey for me and also the two I have read have been about MAJOR conspiracies. I haven't given up yet though....I will keep reading until I make a decision.

Another excellent book by Iris Johansen. I'm getting really attached to Eve. And also, this is the first time in my entire life that I've managed to read more than 3 books in a series in a row!! (Currently this is my 7th from this series!!)

I got a little creeped out by this book, mostly because a lot of the action took place in Louisiana, and I was in New Orleans earlier this year. So I could vividly imagine some of the scenes that took place in the bayou. In other books, action scenes took place in the desert or the mountains, and it's been years since I've been to either type of terrain (I live in a hilly, wooded area -- people here call the hills "mountains" but they're not like, snow-capped or anything remotely like the mountains in Wyoming etc.).

The ending had a crazy twist again, and one that I didn't see coming. Although I keep trying to figure out where Johansen is going with her plot, I don't usually guess correctly. And I LOVE that!!

Another great Eve Duncan book

As I am getting caught up on the series I've accidentally re-read a couple. Didn't mind reading them a second time as they kept me enthralled. This one seemed to be my first read through and it was as great as the others. Looking forward to continuing this series.

Didn't enjoy this one as much as the others. Maybe too many read one right after the other. Eve being so upset with Joe was just too much.
