A cute read!
This read was so cute! Erin's back and forth almost became too much for me, but I can understand she was protecting herself. Either way, I'm glad it went down how it did to truly showcase everything to the direct degree! Definitely so cute, though and cannot wait for book three!

Not as good as books 1 and 2 (but I think that has more to do with my personal kinks than anything by the author). Trey is

Edit - I finished the book. Trey got somewhat better, but it was such a struggle to finish. I remain firm on 2 stars.
Currently trying to force myself to finish this book. So the rating is up to 57% read. I've been pushing since the first page, really.
I cannot stand Trey. Like, at all. He's an overbearing asshole. One minute he wants Erin to submit to him, give him control, let him "make her life better". The next, he loves everything about her; she's perfect the way she is. What Erin is is a control freak, and that's the very part of her Trey wants to change. He never gives her a minute to breathe, to let her come to grips with her emotions and thoughts. He just barrels right through so he can get what he wants.
Erin is also very wishy washy. She's trying to juggle who she's always been with who she wants to be. She's pretty much been a mother since she was 18, having to care for Glitch and then Beetle. So it's understandable that she wouldn't know how to be anyone else. And Trey, though he says he understands, obviously doesn't. Her constant back and forth gets annoying after like 30% of the way through the book.
Also, their love story. It makes no sense. There's no love there. It's all lust.
2 stars because I love getting glimpses of Ara and Glitch. And Beetle! (Although, oddly enough, we see more of Beetle in Glitch's book than his own mother's.
