I honestly should have DNF'd this one. I don't mind some steamy scenes, but the smut scenes and dirty talk in this book honestly made me want to gag.
I'm mostly disappointed because the plot seemed like something I would love, but those afore mentioned parts just ruined it for me.
I'm giving it 2 stars, because I did appreciate seeing their relationship blossom, and the scenes with Jamie.

I don’t even know where to begin this one. I tried not to listen to others reviews of this because book 3 let me down after all the hype it got, whereas this one was the other way around.

I devoured this story. It had me giggling, swooning and completely emotional over these two characters. Hands down my favourite of the series. I’ll forever be rooting for Sabrina James & John Tucker

He falls first/ surprise pregnancy
1/5🌶️
Sabrina only does hookups because she is too busy for a relationship, but that doesn't stop Tucker from pursuing her.
This might be the most realistic book in this series and I love it and hate it. Sabrina is deeply reluctant about love, after all, nobody really loved her, her dad was never there, her mom abandoned her and her nana always complained about having to raise her, so she just knows that love will complicate things, but she cannot avoid falling for Tucker, who is patient to no end and I love him for it, just going at the pace that Sabrina set. But I fucking hate how Tucks mom was a cunt to Sabrina, even fucking Dean was nicer to her than Tucks mom, and Sabrina's grandmother is despicable for continuing to be involved with Sabrina's step dad, I'm glad she finally has a family that cares for her.

please please please let me find a man like tuck or any of the off campus guys my goodness

it sucks that i had to live through the death of beau twice it was quite painful but it’s okay

i resonate with sabrina for sure, she definitely grew on me and i never would’ve expected that when i read the first few books

the books all have the same baseline as i continue reading them but i can’t help but say i love them.

I didn't really connect with any of the characters in this book. To be honest, I enjoyed Tucker a lot more when he was a side character, and knowing exactly what was going to be the main drama (for lack of a better word) in this book from the end of the last one took a lot of the surprise and drama away from it for me. I also would have appreciated being able to see some of the other characters from other books more than just in a couple of scattered appearances, especially of Dean acting like an asshole.

The plot was pretty romance novel derivative, and I did appreciate that there was no huge cataclysm where everyone stopped talking to each other or moved across the country or stop talking to each other for years, but it didn't save this from being more than an average book.
