Really enjoy this detective thriller with a supernatural cases. NYC, satanic cults, Catholic Church. Say less.

A woman is found beheaded in a house that had a very similar murder 60 years ago. Set in NYC with two timelines, 1950’s and current day Maria and her partner Frankie have to determine if it’s a copy cat or if it’s other worldly.

This book was on its way to getting 5 stars, but the climax of the story was so quick and unsatisfying that I just couldn't give it a full star rating.

The story was fantastic, don't get me wrong, I just wish the "final fight" was longer and more suspenseful.
