Dipped into the roomie's bookshelf on this one. . .

Tucker Max gets real drunk, has lots of sex and degrades tons of other humans in the process.

This book is a collection of his stories.

It's mildly entertaining. Sometimes appalling. Frequently just 'typical.'

The only thing one could really take form this is that it's possible to be a huge asshole and have tons of fun so long as you don't mind doing so at the expense of others.

Hey, at least he admits he's a dick!

Generally repulsive, though there were two stories that I literally cried while reading because I was laughing so hard.

The guy is a huge ass who has more mommy/daddy issues than the girls he sleeps with, but he tells a hell of a story and has wit, cheers to that.

meh, didn't like it, didn't hate it. Quick easy read, not that funny, although it has it's moments

While I did actually get some enjoyment from this book, it was semi horrible and super misogynistic. There were some laugh out loud parts, but that kind of debauchery is really only acceptable for so long...

Tucker Max is a pig..not a real, cute, animal pig. But a horny, drunk, male pig.
But somehow, still I managed to laugh out loud more than once during the course of this book. Not for the faint of heart, the morally righteous, or the parents of young daughters.

This may seem like an odd choice, but I found them very amusing and silly at the time. I originally read them when they were published on his website. So I'd have been in my mid-later teen years and then early twenties for the latter books. Certainly not something to take seriously. It was funny to see how disappointed he was by the people who would write to him and come see him during book tours and other events. He had assumed they would be people similar him who enjoyed reading about similar life stories, but instead they were people who idolized him and desperately wanted to be him.
