This is one of the best books I've ever read/listened to. While there are lots of tough moments (check the content warnings) it's an incredibly beautiful, heartwarming, and moving book.

So this book ripped out my heart and tore it to shreds. So beautifully well written, I feel like I could’ve highlighted all of it, and I’m not even an annotating girly.

This is one of my favorite books, I find myself rereading it over and over again. I find the characters incredibly lovable and real, I relate to every single one. This story takes itself seriously, but there are moments of lighthearted joy and laughter.

heavy. the wording sometimes seemed pretentious to me and it pulled me out of the flow of reading. 

it was a bit confusing to have two storylines when the second one was only really picked up in the middle of the book…

generally gorgeous for a debut novel and definitely worth reading
