You know what I can get the info this book has from other more detailed books! and I am not bothered to read so many pages of greek and roman myths

It's okay if you want to learn about some basic mythology from around the world. Sadly it's still very Europe centric (about 130 pages are all about European mythology, 80 of which are all Greek and Roman. Just as a comparison, the entirety of African mythology, including Egyptian, spans only over about 40 pages). There are some interesting infos I've never heard of, as well as some small tidbits I never would have cared to learn about.
It's nicely designed though, with big prints of paintings and other art as well as some funny looking, badly traced illustrations all over the place.
All in all it's not a bad book, I just wish it would go a little deeper in the mythologies that are less known.

Moderate: Rape

I haven't read the whole thing. Will probably pick it up now and then to read about some mythology whenever I feel for it.
