Well, I love the story. However, some of the illustrations not match with the words, imho.

While aide substituting last year, I read this to the second graders and I totally forgot about it until I saw it on the shelf at the library today. It follows a class as they near the end of the school year. The students dream of days without schoolwork and are certain the teachers will be miserable without them. The ending sports a nice twist...and very realistic.
