I wish I could rate this book more than 5 stars because it's not enough! The first half entertained me and hooked me up to read more.. mainly because of Patch. I just love him! Patch and Nora are perfect for each other. WELL WELL SUITED TOGETHER. THEY'RE ONE OF MY OTPs!

The second half is very very very intriguing, interesting and kind of frightening; that's also why it's hard to put the novel down, I just want to read it all day. I can't get this out of my head!

Patch's innuendos got me like:

And when Patch kisses Nora I'm like:

To Becca Fitzpatrick, HOW DARE YOU TO LEAVE ME HANGING LIKE THAT. But thank you for this amazing book. Now I'm off to check out the next one. ;)

This book reads like a scenario from a sexual harassment seminar. It's just icky. Other people have said it better in their reviews, so I'll just say that it's been a while since I read a book with absolutely zero healthy relationships. (Also they should totally fire that biology teacher - hello, lawsuit!).

The book flowed amazingly for me, my friend wanted me to read it and I ate it up in a few hours.
The book's bad but entertaining, laughable even. The first half of the book is just horny teenagers and the other half is fine I guess?
It began getting better when we found out Patch wanted to kill Nora, honestly. And not any enemies-to-lover shit, I just hoped there was more to him because at time their relationship seems... bland? Something's missing. I wanted something good.
I wouldn't reread that book and my feelings about it are confusing: Nora's bsf is absolutely annoying and definitely will end up with corn addictions,
Jules guy was not all that mysterious villain he tried to be, he was just rude but the plot twist was a bit obvious for me but it's fine like I liked it.
and let's not get started about Eliot— even tho I've got SO MUCH to say about the cliché of his kind of characters.. and Patch wasn't all that🙏 When will we stop telling how dangerously emo and mysterious our mmc are? Like babe he ain't all that, show me some reasons and then I'll feel the thrill/threat. Can't stand it when everyone are like "so dangerous" but the mmc is not doing anything. He was such a wannabe but I enjoyed laughing at him and not gonna lie, I did get excited about him😔 I just wanted him and Nora to kiss each other already, idk if it's me but the tension (that I hope I didn't imagine) just got me sometimes. Also their coach is weird asf. Ew.
My friend told me I should borrow the second book and try it out to settle my thoughts so here we go.
This book wasn't the worst but certainly not the best one I've read in my 14 years of being alive😀
