A whimsical and moral sci-fi tale. Optimistic, funny, and yet it does not shy away from the grit of life. Turton has a sweet and engaging voice that makes one sad when one of his novels comes to an end.

I really liked “The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle” by this author so I stuck with this book longer than I otherwise would have. I wasn’t feeling it but I kept waiting to like it more; never happened.

The audio book narrator had a great voice. The book was all over the place and I found it frustrating. Do not recommend.

Not boring but didn’t find myself looking for any opportunity to read it. Mystery was good because it wasn’t just an average murder mystery, but overall very middle of the road
