I liked it a lot!
Just hate when people include politics. I don't need that in my reading, it's in our faces everyday.

Don't be a dick. Don't touch what's not yours = physical and mental. You are not in charge of other people emotions. Control your shit and let them control theirs.

I read this in a single sitting while knitting. Very easy to get through and lots of useful information and suggestions. One of the best books in this series I’ve read.

I liked that this book was short, concise, and had a lot of simple pieces of advice that should be obvious but we forget when things get difficult. I would have rated it higher, but it gets really left-wing towards the end and some of the things she says didn't age very well. It kind of ruined the experience for me.

I have to admit the titles of Faith G Harper's books have always peaked my interest and so when this one was included in my Audible Plus membership I had to give it a go. Super short, it's the perfect length for someone who is reading a self-help book for actual self-help. The science or anecdote may not matter a huge amount for them. This is short, sweet and gives you a doable list of ways to be an adult.
Would make a good gift for someone moving out of home for the first time.

Quick read. Good for reminding yourself how to deal with being an adult.
