The beginning of this book i thought was the best part of the story. It pushes off pretty well and you're not left waiting for the action and suspense.Of course you're not waiting for the suspense because there isn't any. I have a couple problems with book the first of which being the main character. I thought she was weak and prone to acts of stupidity. I don't want to spoil anything so i won't elaborate but trust on this one. Also i didn't like the way the point of view switched every other paragraph. This took out the already nonexistent suspense between Isobel and Damien. Which brings up the last problem: Isobel and Damien. I felt their relationship was severely underdeveloped and i also found Damien extremely annoying. I will end by saying that my favorite part of this story was the bad guy in the window. Thats just awesome.
