Testing the Ties That Bind is a collection of short stories all of which pack an emotional punch. While the theme of each story was different, they all were evocative and poignant. My favorite was Cherry Italian Icees - I felt like I was right there with the characters, but each story is powerful in its own right. I look forward to reading more from author Mackenzie Littledale.

Testing the Ties That Bind is a collection of short stories that focuses on the strengths and difficulties of relationships of every kind. The collection was a quick and easy read. I especially enjoyed the last chapter. The last chapter was eloquently written with a poetic vibe.
