This book heavily made me think of my mum and my grandma and their relationship as they went through the same thing…
Made me really think more and perhaps made me more understanding.
‘If I could not be with my mother, I would be her.’
I loved how she talked about food and how she also uses maangchi to guide her to cook some Delicious korean food <3
(also not a big fan of putting a star rating on memoirs)
