I am so grateful for this book. It gave me the words to explain things to my family. I sought an autism diagnosis in my mid-40s after having major communication issues with a new person in my life, being in a burnout, and reading the works of Helen Hoang. My search for answers led me to Cynthia Kim and eventually this book.
This book broke things down in a way that made sense. Though my experiences were different than Cynthia Kim, I could find parts of myself in every chapter. I finally have words!

As somebody who ponders the thought of being autistic herself this is truly eyeopening. It gave me a bigger understanding for myself and the world. Im grateful for this book.
Very good read. 12/10 would read again. Binged it in days. Hyperfocus propably.
