Not that much story and a while lot of names, people being killed and rules for biting stuff for the man in the sky.
Good: Jews in the desert with Moses(they were like are we there yet and God was like if you don't shut up I will throw you out of this car going 70 on the freeway, and then he was like fuck it and there them out anyway)
Bad: laws, offering(so many fucking offerings)

I was so excited about this whale I'd heard about....but once again the bible has let me down.
They were on a boat the ocean was super rough. The people were like who's fault is it that we are going to die. Jonah was like it's me my god is mad at me, you should throw me over board. So they did. Then he spent four days in the belly of a fish. Then he got out. The end.
I wish I could give this less then 1 star.

We've been here before. It's all the same things over and over. Dumb rules, suffering and persecution by god. I'm over it!

I read this one kind of fast.
Good stuff: Solomon’s wisdom, Solomon’s acceptance of other cultures
Bad stuff: god punishment of Solomon for being accepting of other cultures and customs, the building of the temple (too many details) Israel and Judah from Jeroboam I/Rehoboam to Ahab/Asa (too much back and forth, not a tidy story)
