Maizee decided to take a hike on the weekend prior to beginning her new job. She waited too late to start back down the path and the rains poured on her causing her to slip and turn her ankle. She was soaked! She was muddy! And she couldn’t walk a step. She resigned herself to sitting under a tree until the rain stopped but someone had heard her companion barking. Enter Lawrence Gladstone. She knows him, but he doesn’t know her. Makes for an interesting first day on the job.
