I get that this book is supposed to be confusing and frustrating to read but life is too short and my tbr is too long to be miserable for 700 pages

Such a weird, weird book. I'm not going to lie, I didn't go through all the footnotes, all the appendices, etc. That would have easily added HOURS of reading time. But. The story. What the heck. I couldn't stop reading in places. And it made me CRAZY when the story switched between characters. I couldn't get to the end fast enough.

So. I liked it. But it's weird. And long. And a little pretensions. Like, what is the point of all of the footnotes for things that either don't exist, or are "missing"? I'm not sure.
