It started very slow and the fmc and mmc didn’t fully interact until like 40% into the book. The story got better towards the end but it wasn’t anything mind blowing.

The grammar in this book is absolutely atrocious. Do not read if you care about things being spelled right and the use of complete sentences. This really could’ve used a professional edit and proofread. I DNF’d it, it was that bad.

She's a wolf hiding in sheep clothing hiding in plain sight. His the spare child. The forgotten one . whose only staying due to his best friends wishes. So these two are literally running from something, I loved how he never outrightly knew when he fell in love with her till like at the end , we never got a second act breakup . Honestly this was the calmest in the entire series. The calm before the storm
