I liked it but I wouldn't rave over it. It's a complete standalone from book one, neither connects at all they've just both got alpha males. Maybe a 2.5 would be more accurate because I did eye roll a bit and it all just became stuff is seen before.

I was feeling horny…
Tropes?
-child best friends to lovers
-mutual pining
Anyways, if you want a book where both MMC and FMC are virgin, this is for you. Quinn and Isabel are childhood bestfriend and now ten years later, Isabel’s parents tell her that they have to move in two weeks due to her father’s promotion.
When Quinn gets to know of it, he decides to confess his love for her even if it may ruin their relationship. But of course, Isabel does return his feelings and their sexy time are spicy. For being virgins they sure are experts in the field.
Somewhat stalkish with HEA guarantee.
This book was kinda comical because both Isabel and Quinn could have done long distance relationship for only a year (until they graduated high school) but nope Quinn could not stay that long. He drops everything, even school, at eighteen, for her. And he is 200 lbs and heavily tattooed.?!?!
Eye roll… From all the books I’ve read from this author, this was funny to read.
Definitely unrealistic and a total red flags. Beside that, did I enjoyed it? Yes sure did.

Fast paced read but not a huge storyline. A nice quick read.

This was my first foray into an erotic novel. I actually didn't know that it was an erotic novel until I started reading. Not my usual cup of tea, but I liked the storyline better than "Fluff," even though there were similarities. If you're really into this kind of thing (I'm on the fence about erotic novels. I need action, adventure, and drama) and in need of a short, sexy read, I say go for it.
