I didn’t like that he told her she couldn’t see anyone else, but he still goes to the club and spends time with another woman (even though it’s Fumi, because he’s not supposed to know it’s her).
Future me: I WROTE THIS WITHOUT MY NOTES AS A REMINDER, BUT HE KNEW IT WAS HER ALL ALONG. (At the start of the book, I suspected he knew it was her, but I thought that was impossible, so I stopped believing it. In the end, I was right.)

to preface, I’m a huge Jagger Cole fan. auto-buy, auto-read. Coincidentally I haven’t rated any of his books under 5 stars.
THIS BOOK, however, makes me want to go rate anything i’ve ever given 5 stars a 4 star rating because nothing compares to this. This book absolutely gave me everything I wanted and needed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book, the storyline was perfect, the characters I loved, him dark, possessive, obsessed, unhinged, her a badass, I loved her comebacks, the pace was good. They were perfect for each other, I thought he figured it out after but was pleasantly surprised that he knew the whole time, the thing with her being Yakuza was so good and them kicking the governors was was perfect. They literally matched each others freak all the way to the end.
