The series just keeps getting better and better. I am really looking forward to book for and seeing how they tie up some lingering plot lines.
Each book can be read as a stand alone but there are over arching themes throughout.
This book centered even more on the mafia and found family. I am excited to see what it will continue explore in the next book.

Book 3 in the Because series.
This is Dominic and Roselyn’s story.
Dom & Rose grew u up with each other and both experienced something tragic together.
Rose’s dad is in jail and she’s working for an asshole to help pay off her dad’s debt.
Dom has a twin Gabe that at 15 dated Rose. Gabe runs back in to Rose and leaves quickly asking Dom to look after her. Don has always had feelings for Rose. Which he does, much to Rose’s displeasure.
Twists and turns definitely happen. This is a great friends to almost enemies to lovers story.

I am a fan of Claire Contreras books, and Because I Want You was no exception. It was an intense, enemies to lovers, forbidden romance that got me fanning myself to de@th. Their angsty, moody, super sensual relationship was delicious and simply felt authentic. I could actually sense Dom’s craving of Rosie. The mafia background and the suspenseful plot line was quite intriguing and made the journey even more tempting. Definitely a one-click for me!
