Better in a lot of ways from the two previous installments to this series, but wow are the Bridgerton leads in this series utter douchecanoes. Sophie saved this book for me, and the unique Cinderella spin on this book was very enjoyable (Posy as well is a darling, and I greatly enjoyed the extra epilogue to give her an HEA). Over all, an enjoyable read, but also, Bridgerton's are rubbish and I still do not get the hype three books in.

Benedict Bridgerton deserves, at least, a punch in the face

Very cute. I loved the fairy tale element. 4.5 stars.

My favourite of the Bridgerton series so far. Only things that annoyed me was how like Cinderella the beginning was (I know it’s supposed to be a Cinderella story but I still thought it was too much) and how much Benedict pestered Sophie about being his mistress. It was a lot.

Other than that, I’d say it was significantly better than the first two.
