The first three quarters of this book ready like a crime novel, a whodunnit, whereas the ending reads closer to a traditional thriller.
Both parts equally enjoyable just different in pace. I had guessed the main plot twists but because they are well written there are still details you don’t expect.
I feel I would have enjoyed this book more if the theme of female power/strength wasn’t in relation to witchcraft, but nevertheless a good read.
