What a strange book. The writing and premise of the plot make me want to call this book the space version of George Orwell's 1984. <<<SPOILER: "Take care of the people, and god almighty will take care of himself" is admittedly a funny premise for religion, too.>>> This book isn't bad, but it's one of those works that I would recommend to men that I don't know very well--science fiction is a safe bet, Vonnegut is a famous author, and if they don't like the book it wouldn't hurt my feelings because I'm not very sure I liked it either. But I am giving it 4 stars, so...
Moderate: Sexual content and Sexual violence
