If I could give this book negative stars I would. It’s unnecessarily gross and vulgar and has taken me forever to get through because it’s mostly whiney, stream of consciousness dribble from one of the character’s thoughts. Don’t waste your time.

Didn't think I was enjoying it, then all of a sudden I was. Western without the swagger, and with a lot more wanton violence.

For a book with the amout of praise this one has had, it was disappointing.  I enjoyed it, but I was expecting so much more.
