A pretty fascinating story that kept me very entertained during my flights. It’s got a lot of dark moments which made it a little tough and I don’t think it was the strongest writing but would still recommend it. Reminded me a little of The Invisible Life of Addie Larue.

I have many thoughts on this book, which I have put into a vlog. The short version: I liked a good majority of this book and enjoyed the writing quite a bit. However, I am not the biggest fan of dual timelines. I found that quite frustrating and a little repetitive. I also didn't like the way this book ended. These are what held me back from a five star.

This was an excellent story. It grabbed me right from the start and did not disappoint. I was happy that this wasn’t a typical read where I could guess the outcome of various situations. Would definitely recommend.

3.5 stars. It was interesting reading about the different time periods, but for whatever reason, the characters didn't come to life for me. I liked Sandra in the 1970s the best.

EXACTLY the immortality/ reincarnation love story I’ve been searching for. So disappointed that it was quite dull.

I really enjoyed this book. Each of Helen’s lives felt alive, and the writing is so curated with foreshadows it’s amazing, although, that also made it quite “predictable” (not in a bad way!)
The ending could’ve benefited from adding more to it, it felt a bit rushed, but still a good one. I would’ve enjoyed if the writer would’ve explored glimpses of more lifetimes that aren’t white centric with shit ton of money, although it’s explained why in the book, it just didn’t seem right. Although I love the time periods explored, They are over used.
Other than that, it has some remarkable quotes, I had a great time reading this book and couldn’t look away at times
