Well worth the read, but obviously it's a heavy topic so approach with caution. It's important that we don't shy away from the horrible reality the victims experienced, and it's inspiring to hear the stories of those who survived.

This was such a good book on the history of Auschwitz. I learned so much. However, it is explicit as was the nature of the Nazis treatment of Jews. The writer doesn’t hold back in describing what happened. I had no idea there were women who sewed to survive. It inspires me to pick up sewing again!
