This kept my attention from beginning to end. I've had a period for a million years now and had no idea all the many things our bodies go through before, during and after. This was very in depth and informative. I had no idea about the women that go to menstruation huts and definitely want to read more about that. I was also intrigued when she spoke about PMDD. Great listen. I feel smarter.

I wish every book had this much intersectional feminism! It must be fun to talk to anthropologists and menstrual priming researchers because there's all kinds of queer disabled justice... I'm glad the Vox podcast Unexplainable mentioned Kate Clancy
