I enjoyed this book so much - its 40 ideas on what the afterlife might look like, each of them just a few pages each and every one of them unique. The variation in what can and cannot experience an afterlife, who's responsible, and what an afterlife looks like are explored over and over in beautiful and sometimes heartbreaking ways. I finished this in one night and will be reading it again soon. My favorite was Death Switch.

Such a great mix of short stories! All so interesting and give a lot to ponder on about what happens after death.
