Dual POV. Grump/sunshine.
The levity of workplace harassment and actually romanticizing it is disgusting.

I... This book was not on the level I've come to expect from Annika.
Jack wasn't even remotely convincing as a guy I'd want a friend with. And Jada is my second least favorite of the girl group. I even like Willow and Antonio more.
Lizzie and Theo are still the superior duo. Followed by Tabitha and Rex.

Love this one. It’s all about Jada, who has been in all the previous Billionaire stories. She’s working her dream job until another company buys hers. They install an awful CEO who seems out to destroy the business.
The new owner has inherited the company after his parents die. At the start he is privileged, pampered, has no real job to do, & thin-skinned. He hears an employee making fun of him & decides he needs to ferry them out & fire them. The person he’s looking for is, of course, Jada.
The spoiled rich kid is going to be taken down a few pegs as he goes undercover to find the culprit.

This story was enjoyable albeit a little difficult to get into at first because I wasn’t sure what to expect. It also took about half the book for me to kind of like the main male character and then 80% like him by the end.
