This book was supposed to a good how too but honestly it was mostly just common sense. At first I found myself agreeing with everything and drinking the koolaid. But quickly I realized that most of this stuff I was agreeing with cause I already knew it and followed it. I wish I could say that this added a new perspective to things but I would be lying. So I give this book two starts cause yes what was said was true but I'm not sure I needed to read any of it. what does it add??

This audio is just holding my interest! 8 hrs is just to long for a ‘self-help’ book.

I had a long pause in reading this before I finished it but I did end up really liking it. It gave me a lot to think about regarding showing up for myself and how friendships grow, morph, drift - and how to do the work to strengthen those that are meaningful. I have more to add but I need some processing time!
