Excellent ending

Throughout the story I knew how it would end. It was beautifully written. This is perhaps the best book by this author.

These people get worse and more insufferable with each book

This series is sweet, naïve, and has just enough drama to powder your doughnuts with. I read the first three books last December and got to finish the series this December. I’m satisfied with the ending.

Lemme say though, if that proposal had happened to me at that time and place.... there would not be a ring on my finger.

My least favorite part: The introduction of Eddie’s storyline. It felt odd to introduce his POV in the fourth book and his part could’ve been edited down significantly.

My favorite part: How much I sobbed at the ending. Jk, but not. I was so invested in the characters and seeing their full arcs by the end made this series feel complete. I love Margaret, Ava, and Kelley Quinn. The memory flashbacks for Kelley between the end of the third book and this book made the reader feel sentimental, and Elin really tied this series together nicely.
Also sobbed when I realized why the book is titled Winter Solstice.
