It was a roller coaster. I’m sad to say that some characters I liked did seem to end up as kinda the bad guys and I was really hoping they wouldn’t. When I first picked up this book I thought this would be a sad book all the way through but it has proved me wrong. Despite the main theme being about mental illness it’s still joyful at times and it helped lighten the mood(?). I really enjoyed it and it was interesting to read too. Also I made a playlist of all existing songs that they mention. So here you go:

Sepan que este libro puede ser detonante si eres alguien que se autolesiono en el pasado, al igual que con abuso de sustancias, abuso sexual y físico. Es un libro interesante de leer, lo recomiendo si buscas algo con lo que sentirte identificado si has pasado por cosas así pero es un libro muy cruel, crudo y desalentador en el 80% así que léelo solo con mucha precaución, déjalo si te está haciendo daño y siempre busca ayuda si lo necesitas.

This book is a total masterpiece. I did NOT know how I was triggered in some parts of the book. It’s sad actually, how Charlie’s life ended up like that :( But its not her fault that she behaves like that. Riley and Charlie has a good chemistry but ofcourse it will be ruined because of his addiction & stealing. I almost cry when Charlie read the note Riley gave to her. THIS BOOK IS SO PAINFUL YET YOU WILL FIND COMFORT IN BETWEEN THE PAGES. This book is so achingly good 🥺
