This is so beautiful.
I’m so glad Tanijrou (and the others too) retained his injuries. For a second I thought his regeneration abilities as a demon would fix him up but ig it didn’t (tbh idk why it didn’t for him, but Nezuko was perfectly fine?)
I loved the way literally everyone joined in for the fight. Like not only the Hashiras, or even the regular Demon Slayer Corps members, even the Kakushi played an important role in defeating Muzan. The only ones who couldn’t join were the Swordsmiths but ig they’ve taken enough damage to their village.
I really wish Mitsuri and Iguro survived. They were so close to making it and yet. It really broke my heart, especially Kaburamaru being all alone :((
I’m glad Himejima got some closure in the end. For only Giyuu and Sanemi to survive… man I guess the Hashiras really are people who would die so the others could live.
I really don’t understand what Sanemi’s limbo thingy was? His dad dragged his mom to hell?? Wtf was that?
My only tiny complaint about this is the last chapter. While it was very beautiful in portraying the message, it also kinda felt a bit tacky with the whole reincarnation thing.
But otherwise, this whole journey was amazing. I genuinely don’t know why people hate on such a beautiful series. Something about the way the characters are drawn makes them feel so much more charming. I’m so so glad I made the decision to read the manga instead of waiting for the anime.
