This adorable adventure in the sea recounts the tale of the title, how the squid got its long two arms. The sneaky and uncomfortably cold squid slinks about, swiping garments from other sea creatures that might warm it up. Illustrations are clean, with gorgeous color, and comical to boot. The valuable message of consequences will resonate with any age. And the zoology lesson at the end offers more insight into the squid in nature. I loved this book!

Edit: Ok, I get it after seeing other reviews. I took a long break during the middle so I didn't make the connection between the arms and the octopus and crab. But I'm still not a fan. Added a star because my first review was dumb.
