It’s a good thriller. Interesting plot, captivating prose, and kept my attention and interest easily. I immediately watched the HBO show after reading because I didn’t want it to be over LOL.
Nooowwwww, it is Stephen King so misogyny crept in. There are 2 major instances (and some minor) of him commenting on a woman’s body in a context where it should not be happening at all.
I knew that going in, and I still really loved the book tbh. I recommend!
