I remember reading this when I was younger, but I can't believe how much I had forgotten about it! Terry Pratchett is insightful as always, with some particularly astute observations about the way people think and their beliefs. I'm so glad I picked this up again

It's been a while since I read a book of this genre and I quite enjoyed it. It was a very funny book that somehow still had a sort of depth that I didn't expect.
I liked the bit about the frogs and bromeliads so much and also the takes on faith and world perception and all that.

What an incredibly insightful man Terry Pratchett was. The subtle commentary on human faith, self importance and impact is done in an hysterically funny way that had me laughing every couple of sentences. If this isn’t enough to convince people to read more I don’t know what would be- I will certainly be reading more of his books.
