This series has the most amazing art. Chris Bacchalo, followed by Frazer Irving, wow. I kind of wish Frazer Irving would do some amazing spooky/fantastic original project -- he seems wasted on superhero fare. I first encountered him in Xombi, whose writing I didn't always like, but which had enough Vertigo strangeness and spikiness to seem a good fit.
