I anticipated this would wreck me and I was not wrong. Very moving, real and sometimes humorous take on grief and loss.

Devastating to read the parent side of my work. At the end of the shift, I get to go home... With a few memories of a child. The parent will always hold that child.

I hope I never relate to anything Delaney describes in this book.

Loved this -- easily could've read it in one sitting. Wrenching, angry, funny, insightful.
