Grady Miller was holding one big secret. The Carolina Comets hot shot was still a virgin. Scout was hiding her own secret, she was crushing on Grady Miller. But after one night where he forgets who she is, she is determined to hate her, and he is determined to win her friendship.

Can always count on Teagan Hunter books to be light and fun, and scratch that itch for me. That's what these too did. The third act breakup was a little annoying and unnecessary, but was not enough to throw me off their story.

Scout was exactly how she thought I would be, sassy and determined, while some what of a broken past. and the same with Miller. He killed me with how funny and fun loving he was. So excited for so much more Carolina Comets to come.

I think this is one of my favourites in the series. Why? Couldn’t tell you. But it’s such a sweet story line, with a dash of smut and angst. Grady is an Angel bless his soul.

Scoring Chance is a friends to lovers/hockey romance. We get Grady (Miller) & Scout’s story this time. I absolutely loved getting to see this much deeper side of both Miller and Scout. Miller is for sure swoon worthy. It’s entertaining as always, and it will have you smiling or laughing out loud with all their witty banter. You get all the feels. If you are looking for a fun read, this is the one for you. 4 1/2 stars.
