This is the 4th book in the series and it is great, just like the previous books! Madison is searching for the Soule Grimoire to find out what happened to the Soule Coven. There’s lots of secrets and mystery in this story as well as action that will keep you hooked! I like learning more about the characters with each book and I can’t wait to find out what happens next!

**Spoilers**
Vast improvement on the third book. More fast paced and not as drawn out. I can understand the characters frustrations as this whole situation is dragging and they really don't seem to get ahead, just injuries or near death. There is a clear issue rising between Madi, Ivy and Krista. Obviously Jaxon is now removed from the group so it seems that by the time this is done the group will be no more.
It has been clear from the start that Ms Brewster was evil. Just wish the story would hurry to a conclusion now. Only so many times these kids can be at deaths door.

This book has a good story line. Then characters are great! I like Madison. In this book, Madison encounters a Voodoo priestess and even gets to meet Marie Laveau in New Orleans. She is persistent in her goal to help the people trapped in the statues. I would recommend this book.
