Worth a reread, maybe in an actual book format where the excercises and key points are easier to follow

A very intriguing book for those who want to learn more about how their brain functions, as well as how to control it. Everything is presented understandably, and I felt that the book had a nice flow to it. Highly recommend!

This book had been recommended to me and i had seen many good things about this book and i can see why. It does a good job of explaining how our brain works and why we might react or do things the way we do sometimes, even when it might not be the correct way. I’ve definitely started to understand when my internal chimp is taking over and take back control. Definitely worth a read.
