This is the final novella in a three novella series that starts with the Murders of Molly Southbourne, continues with the Survival of Molly Southbourne, and ends here with the Legacy of Molly Southbourne. If you haven't read the first two, there will be spoilers in this book. This was a fitting ending to the series.
The molly that lived in the Survival of MS has gathered her replicas that she has been able to convince to not kill her. She's opened a gym and gotten a therapist.
In a second point of view (the first time I think in these novels), mollies have been killing hikers and Micke is brought out of retirement, without logistical support, to track down Molly and kill her.
We get a lot of back story on Molly and a little bit on the Tamaras, and we finally get a view on why Molly and Tamara exist.
Like the other outings in this series, this is a gory, twisted tale. Unlike other gory scifi thrillers, this one didn't feel like it had purpose, but maybe survival is the purpose, and the lengths we go to survive the discussion.

Great conclusion to this series. I like that this had some chapters from other character's perspectives.
