The main flaw here was that they tried to cram 4 stories into one issue. As if comics weren't short enough already. Any of these could easily have been at least a few issues on their own. All were interesting, but the Ventress story was my favorite. Fun read nevertheless.

Three stories in one comic was something I was quite curious about (and skeptical of), which is the biggest reason why I picked up this special. It was an okay read, none of the stories really stellar and all felt a little too short. Mace's story was adequate, but short; I feel like Asajj's story is good, but alas I have yet to watch The Clone Wars, so I can't quite properly review it; and Captain Rex and Jar-Jar Binks is a fun read (at least, if you are capable of laughing at Jar-Jar instead of simply hating it because he's in it). An okay-to-good comic, worth the read if you're a super-fan of any of the characters in it or if you're dedicated to purchasing and reading the whole series, but not really worth seeking out otherwise.

Quite boring other than Asajj Ventress’s thrilling short part. I loved how well it fit since the story takes place a few moments before Asajj Ventress finds Ahsoka Tano when the Jedi Order makes her a target.

I love Mace Windu and Captain Rex but their stories were very predictable.

Then we have Jar-Jar Binks. I don’t know why he was even relevant other than the author probably adding ‘Darth Jar Jar’ fuel because of course, he wields a lightsaber.
