This is the second book in the series. The first book ([b:An Unconventional Courtship|16031017|An Unconventional Courtship (Unconventional #1)|Scotty Cade|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1347881418s/16031017.jpg|21800815]) focused on the lead characters finally acting on their attraction to one another and starting a relationship. It was full of over-the-top romance but enjoyable.
This story however was just too sweet for my taste. In this book, Tristan and Webber plan their wedding. A lot of it felt like I was reading a travel guide or wedding venue brochure, with descriptions of rooms, garden, locations and food. I love romance and believe in commitment and fidelity but need a bit more excitement or spice to liven things up (there is a tragedy that impacts Tristan and Webber but it is not relationship drama).
