I overkant teknisk til tider dersom man ikke mye kunnskap til finans, men samtidig utrolig underholdende lesning om Salomon Brothers og det generelle finansielle markedet på 1980-tallet.

Michael Lewis is a fantastic author. I am not in the field of economics, yet I was transported there by his writing. This was truly a great read and very informing of the way certain parts of the world that are hidden from public view. For a non-fiction piece, I was having fun the entire way. Mostly because it left my mouth hanging going 'no way!' the entire time. Very enjoyable read.

Great writing from Lewis, even early in his writing career. An almost eerie peek into the world of Wall Street men (and media about Wall Street) that feels like it could have been written today.

I recommend the audio book which is recorded like a podcast with news excerpts and clips throughout
