Unique, hilarious, intelligent, wrathful, and honest. I was blown away by this story and the writing and enjoyed it so much more than I ever thought I would. I cannot recommend this book enough. I loved all the characters and I was never bored. This is an author that understands rage and revenge and isn't afraid of villainy.

Like a lot of allegedly politically conscious sci-fi, Hench suggests a compelling idea (workers' rights in a world of superheroes) and then utterly fails to do anything with it (generic blockbuster revenge plot).
