I loved this book! I can't wait to go to heaven! But in His time, not mine.

It’s a good book that serves as a reminder of the hope we have to come. It’s just repetitive.

I really enjoyed this book and its ability to compare Near Death Experiences with Biblical text. It was refreshing to look at how Heaven is described through the eyes of those that may have caught a glimpse. I would recommend this book to anyone, especially those who are curious about Heaven. I think more people of faith should read it and be encouraged like I was. I appreciated Burke's use of scripture and his deep dive into the topic.

I read a review on here stating that the book was like a sales pitch. I agree. Look, I believe in God + Jesus, but man, Burke was really tryna sell the existence of Jesus every chance he got. It was like the primary purpose of the book instead of focusing on NDEs. My mistake for assuming this book would prioritize providing first hand accounts of NDEs. Instead the NDEs were provided to support the hypothesis that a Christian God exists.
